Hi, hoping you can advise me on how to upgrade the daughters sony vaio laptop from windows vista home premium to a 32 bit windows 7 or 10 home premium, i know that the laptop came with a free upgrade at the time however my daughter failed to complete this, is there anything i can do to get this otherwise great laptop working better?
